Description of Service

Seedance 2 provides an AI-powered platform for generating videos and images using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models including Seedance 2.0, Sora 2, Veo 3, Kling 3.0, and other advanced AI technologies. Our Service allows users to create visual content through text prompts, image uploads, and various creative tools.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Credits and Payment

Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and images using our AI models. Different models and generation options may consume different amounts of credits.

Purchases

• All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Refund Policy

• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service delivery

Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a recurring plan:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, subject to the following:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service
• Generated content may be used to train and improve our AI models unless you opt out
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded content do not violate these Terms or applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive or harm individuals
• Produce content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Create spam, phishing content, or malware
• Attempt to bypass content filters or safety mechanisms
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Content Moderation

• Monitor and review generated content for compliance with these Terms
• Remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms

Intellectual Property

AI Model Providers

We integrate with third-party AI model providers to deliver our Service. Each provider's models and outputs are subject to their respective terms and intellectual property rights.

Your Rights to Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and compliance with applicable laws:

• You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
• AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCE 2 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seedance 2 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
